Dr. Subu, President of the Malaysian Association of Indian University Graduates (MAIUG), and the association’s Secretary visited Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil Ladang Mary in Bestari Jaya, Selangor, earlier this week.
The school, located in a rural estate area, provides education to children from the local Tamil community. The visit was part of MAIUG’s ongoing efforts to support Tamil schools in need, especially those in underdeveloped areas.
During the visit, Dr. Subu and the Secretary met with teachers, spoke to students, and took a tour of the school grounds. They learned about the school’s challenges and discussed ways to help improve its facilities and resources.
“We want to do our part to support Tamil education and make sure these children have better opportunities,” said Dr. Subu.
The school community appreciated the visit and expressed hope for continued support in the future.
